Oatstraw Anxiety Remedies

  • 1 quart jar or coffee press

  • 4-6 Tablespoons oatstraw

  • boiling water


Follow these easy steps

  1. Place oatstraw in the quart jar or clean coffee press.
  2. Fill container with boiling water.
  3. Cap to retain all the goodness.
  4. Let infuse for 4-6 hours or overnight.
  5. Strain and drink within 24 hours.
