Natural Remedies For Gout
Arnica Ointment
Natural remedies for gout that can be made at home!
Arnica flowers and cayenne made into a salve will help with gout and arthritis pain.
Arnica flowers are a great anti-inflammatory.
This beautiful flower has also been traditionally used
as an analgesic (pain reliever).
Cayenne creates stimulant activity! Any formulas are enhanced with cayenne as it
increases the blood circulation making the formula more absorbent and effective. It also has anti-inflammatory and analgesic
effects.
You don't want to use this ointment over long periods of time as it can cause a skin reaction. Use only when needed and take breaks from use.
Making an ointment requires two simple steps. The infused olive oil and then adding the beeswax to make it solid.
As good as it is for gout and arthritis, sore muscles can benefit from arnica ointment as well. I've applied this ointment
to my son's sore neck and shoulders after a hard day of framing houses. He found it very effective!
