So, what we need...
thin pair of cotton socks
thick pair of wool socks
lavender essential oil
cold basin of water
warm basin of water or a warm bath with
Lavender Bath Oil

- Begin by placing a few drops of essential oil in the cold basin of water. Put the foot part of the thin cotton socks in the water and drape the ankle part of the sock over the edge of the basin. It's only necessary to get the fort part of the sock wet.
- Soak your feet in the warm basin of water. Or better yet, why not have a nice warm bath with Lavender Bath Oil and sip a cup of chamomile tea while soaking! The idea is to get your feet warm, bath oils and tea or not.
- Dry off, get your jammies on. Now wring out the cold socks and put on your warm feet. Yuck! I know! Then cover the wet socks with the wool socks.
